There are several
popular weight loss clubs (eg., Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.). Many of them provide a good support system for
keeping motivated. There is a great deal of value in working with others to
support your efforts to control weight
Unfortunately, many weight loss
clubs require that you purchase pre-packaged food. As a result, you really don't learn how to
select, prepare and cook healthy meals on your own. It is very expensive to
join and stay with these clubs; so invariably, people drop out after some
time, and gain the lost weight back.
